Kurumlara verilecek KVKK hizmetinin b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla ve en iyi bir \u015fekilde verilebilmesi i\u00e7in hukuk, bili\u015fim ve s\u00fcre\u00e7 dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 disiplinlerinin ortak bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. KVKK\u2019n\u0131n sadece bir kanuni zorunluluk olarak yorumlanmas\u0131, uyumluluk s\u00fcrecinde kritik bir yere sahip olan teknoloji ve s\u00fcre\u00e7 dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi unsurlar\u0131n gerekti\u011fi \u015fekilde analiz edilmesini zorla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r. KVKK\u2019n\u0131n teknoloji hesaba kat\u0131lmadan uygulanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ki\u015fisel verilerin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahip olan \u015fifreleme, tokenizasyon, veri s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 engelleme, veri taban\u0131 g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, zaman damgas\u0131 ve verileri g\u00fcvenli silme\/yoketme gibi i\u015flemlerin g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na neden olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KVKK\u2019n\u0131n sadece bili\u015fimsel bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 olarak de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi bir durumda ise verilecek hizmet DLP, \u015fifreleme, maskeleme gibi g\u00fcvenlik \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin sunulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7emeyecektir. Kanuni yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar ve \u00f6nlemler konusunda at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ad\u0131mlarla ilgili kurumlara dan\u0131\u015fmal\u0131k hizmetinin en iyi bir \u015fekilde verilebilmesi i\u00e7in hukuki boyutunun g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
